About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Executive / Business Development Marketer who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and bring technology projects to Praise Array from across India and international markets. You will promote our services, understand client requirements, present our portfolio and case studies to prospects, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach potential clients globally.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Promote our software, AI, SaaS, e-commerce and digital solutions.
• Understand client requirements and suggest the right technological solutions.
• Present our portfolio, case studies and capabilities to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team during technical discussions, proposals and negotiations.
• Represent Praise Array professionally in all client communications.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in marketing, sales, business development, lead generation, IT sales or client acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently pitch to international clients.
• Good understanding of digital products and technology services is a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently identify, pursue, and close opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience bringing software/technology projects or agency clients is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a performance-based, project-based opportunity with no fixed salary.
• You will earn commissions based on the clients and projects you successfully bring to Praise Array.
• Payout depends directly on the value, scope, complexity and commercial terms of the project.
• All payout terms and percentages will be mutually agreed upon before a project is finalized.
• High-value contracts offer higher earning potential with no ceiling cap.
